No. Cal. travel advice
Good Monday to all. We are back from a (finally) relaxing time at Jax. Beach. I actually got the folding chair and umbrella and sat in the sand and went in the ocean Sat. and Sun. AM. First time in years that I've really been in the ocean. Very relaxing time, not too much sun, just enough.So--My birthday is the end of October and DH and I have been talking about a "Wine Country tour" for years. We have several friends who have been to different areas of No. Cal. Sanoma and Napa Valley to be exact. Looking for advice where to go, stay, what to avoid, etc. I'll eventually call AAA and plan a Tues. -Tues. type of trip. (providing all the medical checks ups are OK).
Any great fabric/quilt stores I can't live without visiting while in San. Fran? area? We were there over 25 years ago with another couple, but they did all the leg work.
