Good timing on the mention of Sondra! I am working on a wonderful project, just filled with memories. I have finally pulled out the maple leaf blocks we swapped at Rosey's Retreat and have them set together with a lovely panel. Just outer borders to go and that should be done by the weekend -- pictures to follow!

All the little name tags bring back such good memories! I wonder where everyone has got to now?

Jean I'm gald you have good memories of Rosey's Restreat. Of course, mine are much different for reasons beyond what I could control that week but I hope others who attended might read your posting and respond.

I want to say that I am without my computer. It is toast. It's ten years old and became infected with gremlins, it was cleaned out and another ram added to increase the speed. Maybe that caused it to go into shock and stress whatever was left inside to get stressed out about. I'm on DH's computer and can pick up my emails through this means but otherwise, my local repair shop is going to build me a computer. Between Bell Telephone pulling the plug on our landline by mistake last week and being without a telephone for five days, plus DH not have computer access, which was akin to living with a bear with a sore paw, my computer, new lens for my glasses, etc., etc. January has been eventful. But not life-threatening and that is a good thing.
It's a little convoluted getting into this board but I read it everyday from the other computer.

Atlanta Georgia is a mess I can see on the television, which thankfully is working. Our neighbours are leaving this evening for two mos. in Fla. and heading down that way. Quite something this winter with all this weather. Our County was declared an emergency situation as the school buses couldn't get around and kids were in school until 7 last night until parents could get to them to pick them up. Again, the roads are closed up here today but not in our little patch.

Since this is my only means of comjunication re the board, I have to go in through Google with WWQP and have not had a problem. Tonight I went into Google and WWQP and found a nice pink page pop up saying that "This Account has beem suspended"

I'm wondering if Eric and Sue are pulling the plug on WWQP and if the Chat Board will disappear.

RoseyP - Maybe that suspended message is from the old, original chat board.
