Almonds:Dogs love the taste of almonds, particularly the flavored variety (jalapeno, barbecued, smoked, vanilla, cinnamon, etc.).
While not toxic, almonds are not easily digested can give your dog an upset stomach and create gastric intestinal distress.
Aug. 1st., monthly shopping, slivered almonds she didn't get but the flaked almonds she did...She is a counter cruiser. I had a pan waiting to go into the toaster oven to be toasted. Shoot...and here is what dogs shouldn't eat. She snakes her head around and has a far reach on the counter. Now I'm on poop-patrol.

And within 15 minutes most of the almonds were upchucked on the familyroom floor. Hope that's all there is to it. Monkey dog.
