"Made in China"
OK, going to vent here. Is everything that one wants to buy "Made in China"? I'm talking things from bedspreads, towels, to floor tiles, dishes, flatware.I have to hunt and hunt to find things made in Portugal, Mexico, Canada, USA, and other places. Was told by one sales person in a furniture store that it was cheaper to have the furniture designed, sent on a ship to china, made, then shipped back, than to make it here. (This was Paula Dean furniture) It is so frustrating.
I did find some soap dishes made in India the other day, and soap from Scotland--go figure.
OK, enough venting.
