Just now, I tried accessing the DashBoard from my DH's laptop, and I continue to get the error message. That message has a link, and it takes one to a page where people everywhere are having the same problem, so I am not alone. Lots of people are having the same issue. YET....I show up here as "signed in", as evidenced by my ability to post a comment.
Thinking it was some glitch on my main desktop, it was worth trying to post here on the DH's laptop. It's still a no go. At least I know it's not my computer. The whole thing is very strange. I'll never understand the intertubes....
