Good going, Jean! You're doing just great. I'm a little worried--leaving Sunday on a 10 day or so trip to Arizona with my buddy Doris, to visit her DH, and I may have some problems sticking with my low-carb regime. I already know that one night will be going out to their favorite pizza joint, so I am hoping they'll have something on the menu that's low carb, or that they won't get grossed out if I just eat the toppings off the pizza, eeeeuw.
