A Christmas Quilt from Quilt Inspiration site
Marion, I love your quilt and thank you for putting it up again this year. It's so cheerful. I subscribe to the blog, Quilt Inspiration and they have been posting Christmas quilts. This one, which I hope the link comes in live I found very interesting. It is by Kim Loar. I've never liked the commercialism of Christmas and the feelings of needing to have a stereotyped happy Christmas. It's nice to get together with family but the hype I confess gets to me.

Oh dear ! Did I really post that picture last year too !?! I wasn't going to put any decorations up this year. We plan to be away for ten days from Dec 23.and it hardly seemed worthwhile. Then I unpacked a few things and before I knew it , most of the decorations were unpacked and in place...... Like Rosey, I too wish that more people,posted here . It used to be such fun and so interesting to hear opinions and viewpoints from around the globe.
