All relative I guess
Sara, our weather site says that the humidity here is 51% yet it feels like a heavy damp blanket outside. The temperatures are scheduled to go into the high 80'sF. It already feels hotter and more humid than forecast. Weeding a flower bed in this heat makes it feel hotter. Doris, good thing people have enough sense to cancel things isn't it. Himself's glider club has canceled their flying yesterday and today. An open airfield with nothing to block the sun can lead to sun stroke and some of the glider pilots are older chaps. Sara, I gather it's very hard to balance a thyroid problem with some people. That may have been the source of your fatigue more than the heat.Miss AnnieBelle has managed to shred the newspaper in the familyroom...one of her specialties so I'd better get the vacuum out and deal with it. She's sweet, saucy and a joy to have with us.

51%? I'd say that was a mild day.
I've been told that the humidity is always higher in the morning, after the sunrise, and goes down during the heat of the day.
Sara in Fla.
Rosey - Miss AnnieBelle is protecting you from those newspapers. She knows they will attack if she doesn't ward off their threat. After all, she killed that chair upholstery that was threatening the homestead . . .
;o)
I have been wanting something new to read and decided to take Rosey's suggestion of author Louise Penny. I was able to find her 1st book - again Rosey suggested reading them in order...Her 1st book is called "Still Life" . It is awesome. I can hardly put it down.
A mystery set in a small village in Canada. The authors writing makes me feel like I am chatting with an old friend. She has a wonderful way with putting words
together.
I know this comment has nothing to do with Rosey's posted message, but I can't seem to find my way to post an original comment...sorry.
I love this book though. I am not good with words, but this writer is super.
Pat - when you read the posts, in the upper right hand column is a "Sign In" link. Even if I'm already signed in, I have to click it, and it takes me to a page where I can click on "New Post". Hope this helps!
Strange -- Like Pat, I can comment but I still cannot post! I just tried Doris' suggestion but with no luck.

Jean and Pat - is it possible you have more than one Google account? I have a different one for my photos, and have to make sure I'm signed in to the correct one in order to creat a new post here. Yet I can make comments to posts by using either google acct. identity. Lately I figured out that I don't have to sign in and out of these identities if I use IE for the BB Chat, and Firefox for the other group.
Pat & Jean - what shows up in your screen when you click on the Sign In at the upper right hand corner?
Just like you said,Doris -- I get the dashboard with the 'new post' thing. Click it and I get the box. Write the post and try to publish it -- and nothing happens. Ever. No matter how long I wait. Kinda frustrating!
Jean - Wow. I am at a loss for a fix. That is really, really strange.
