The sun went behind a cloud just as my friend, Beckie, took this picture. It's a crabapple tree and still in bloom, it sits behind our cherry tree and together they make a glorious contrast and lovely colour that we've waited so long to see...everything is green again, hooray, Rosey

I love the look of trees in blossom!! We are looking forward to moving to an area where we can see autumn colours, next year at least (moving date is 18th June). However, we will really miss the sight of late winter here, when the roadsides are amass with the yellow of wattle trees in bloom. Enjoy your Spring!
Beautiful trees!

Friend Beckie (quilter) took another photo of the cherry tree, that photo is a few years old. It's obscene it's so beautiful, Fran & Sara. Jock and I were commenting on how beautiful the fruit trees and lilacs are right now and we both agreed that this was Mother Nature's way of thanking us for putting up with all her bad behaviour over the winter months.
