Sandy - forgot to answer your question. Hour house is nowhere near a river or creek and sits fairly high ground, as does much of our subdivision. I would call it dumb luck, but I am always leery of those innocent looking creeks. The creek that flooded I-24 on Saturday was the most fascinating.
