We have some relatives by marriage who are willing to sell their's to us, but we may have to rent in the meantime. I was hoping to avoid renting, as that means 1 extra move, but they aren't going to be ready until this time next year. We need to live somewhere Jan-August of 2015. <br />I have learned a newer building with "hurricane resistant" sliding glass doors are more noise proof, and a building built around 2005 or newer has better plumbing!
